The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing the daily schedule and dispatch of technicians to various locations.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in dispatch or scheduling is preferred, but not required.The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and appointmentsMonitor and track technician locations and availabilityCommunicate with customers to confirm appointments and update them on technician arrival timesMonitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and texts in a timely mannerResolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as neededMaintain accurate records and documentationRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredWillingness to work either a day or evening/night shift with some weekend work required (Weekends rotated with other Dispatchers)Experience in dispatch or scheduling (preferred, but not required)Strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteCustomer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed sales targetsWe offer a competitive salary and commission structure, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
