Location: 2027 196th St SW Suite A101, Lynnwood, WA 98036Pay: $28–$35 per hour DOEBallard Natural Gas Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at customer communication, and have experience dispatching technicians in the residential home service industry, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians efficiently throughout the day.Manage technician routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, arrival times, and scheduling updates.Coordinate emergency calls and prioritize service requests appropriately.Work closely with field technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.Monitor job progress and make scheduling adjustments as needed.Maintain accurate records and customer information within dispatch software.Requirements:2+ years of residential trade dispatching experience required (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services).Strong scheduling and route management skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.Strong computer skills and attention to detail.ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.Schedule:Full-time positionMust be available for a rotating schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekendsParticipation in an on-call rotation as neededWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: $28–$35 per hourFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchStable, year-round workOpportunities for growth and advancementFull time - In office positionBallard Natural Gas Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
