Fire Alarm Technician (Full-Time, On-Site)

Seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. Must ensure high-quality service, minimal downtime, and strong customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems per industry codes.
  • Perform service calls and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Document all work accurately.
  • Train customers on system use.
  • Operate testing tools (multimeter, volt/ohm meter, tone generator, etc.).
  • Follow safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics.
  • NICET Level II certification.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, computers, and communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and VPN connections.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
