Potential Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee security operations for programs, facilities, and field teams * Ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD 705, DoD, and other security directives * Manage personnel and physical security processes, including access control, clearance processing, and insider threat programs * Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and training programs * Coordinate with government security agencies, contracting officers, and program stakeholders * Lead incident response and investigations, ensuring proper reporting and resolution * Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for security operations * Mentor and develop security staff for career growth and operational excellence
