We are committed to safety, professionalism, and delivering high-quality service to our clients while fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment.Position Summary The Mobile Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for patrolling assigned locations, maintaining a visible presence, and ensuring the safety and security of client properties, personnel, and visitors. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents.Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement for company vehicle operation)20-Hour Unarmed Security Training CertificateValid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for mobile patrol duties)High School Diploma or GED (bachelor's degree preferred)Authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a background check and any other pre-employment screenings, in accordance with applicable lawPreferred Qualifications 2–5 years of security experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in customer service, conflict resolution, or de-escalationKey Responsibilities Conduct mobile and/or foot patrols of assigned locationsMaintain a visible presence to deter suspicious or unlawful activityMonitor premises and identify potential risks or hazardsRespond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergenciesProvide professional customer service and assistance to employees, clients, and visitorsDe-escalate conflicts and report incidents appropriatelyComplete accurate incident reports, logs, and documentation in a timely mannerFollow all post orders and client-specific instructionsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and team membersOperate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company policiesComply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulationsWork Environment & Expectations Combination of indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditionsExtended periods of standing, walking, and drivingHow to Apply Apply online via company website or job platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter)Walk-in applications welcome:Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM7815 S.
