DispatcherTransdev in Everett, WA, is hiring a dispatcher. The dispatcher oversees road service through communication with operators and provides customer support to clients. We are seeking customer‑service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety.Position Subject to Collective Bargaining AgreementStarting pay is $27.30, progressing to $30.68 over 4 years.BenefitsVacation: up to 14 days per yearPaid sick leave: 8 hours/month (full‑time) or 5 hours/month (part‑time); medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days; life insurance; 401(k) retirement benefits; company holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee road service for assigned carriers by tracking tripper performance measures, route begin time, performance, incidents, etc.Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips, including no‑shows, cancellations, and missed trips.Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators; act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
