Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Water Leak Detection Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the plumbing industry and possess a strong work ethic.ResponsibilitiesLeak detection on residential, commercial, and municipal plumbing and drain systems to diagnose the cause and origin of leaks and perform a full scope.Leak detection on residential, commercial, and municipal pools/spas to diagnose the cause and origin of leaks, including structural leaks.Communicate and work with management, colleagues, and customers.Provide professional and courteous customer service.Create well‑written and concise reports with pictures to effectively describe the leak issue.Possess strong verbal/customer service skills with the ability to communicate with customers under stressful circumstances.Have strong multi‑tasking and time management ability.Able to develop and maintain solid professional relationships.Available and willing to be on‑call, work nights, weekends, and holidays, and work long hours when necessary.Reliable, honest, and highly motivated to learn new things.Will be cross‑trained in other areas.We would be willing to train the right candidate.RequirementsPlumbing, mechanical, electronic experience and construction background.Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Background and drug testing as required by State and Federal law.MUST live within 30 minutes from 07726.Excellent attention to detail.Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Friendly and outgoing, with a "can‑do" attitude.Punctual and reliable.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, health benefits (medical and dental), paid time off, life insurance, earned sick leave, a supportive work environment, and more.**Salary is determined by experience.Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceOn‑the‑job trainingOpportunities for advancementPaid time offPaid trainingSafety equipment providedJob TypeFull‑timeLocationIn person#J-18808-Ljbffr
