Job Summary:
EMCOR Government Services has a need for a Resource Coordinator in Herndon, VA. scheduled M - F 6:00am - 2:00pm. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.
The Resource Coordinator oversees and coordinates administrative and operational functions to ensure proper processing of purchase orders, invoices and work orders.

- Review proposals, subcontracts and contract files for compliance with maintenance schedules and contract requirements.
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, job interviews, and vendor setup, ensuring required documentation is obtained and maintained.
- Provide support for payroll, timekeeping, and administrative functions as needed, including coverage of Administrative staff.
- Maintain and support the Preventive Maintenance and service call processes within CMMS systems.
- Track project costs, budgeting, and billable items to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in procurement and material purchasing.
- Perform safety-related duties, including conducting toolbox talks and supporting site safety programs.
- Provide reporting and communication to management and Client as required including participation in meetings and providing operational updates or corrective recommendations.
Must possess a High School diploma or GED
Must have at least two (2) years of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) experience
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be familiar with a purchase ordering process.
Working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g. MAXIMO) preferred
Knowledge of timekeeping and accounting systems preferred
Must have the ability to work independently, communicate effectively and speak before small and medium groups.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
May be required to lift and move heavy objects
