Position DetailsFull‑time, exempt.Title: ICAM Engineer II, Subject Matter Expert (SME)Location: Fort Belvoir, VA, USSalary: $150,000.00 To $157,000.00 AnnuallyAgencyProgram Management Office for Enterprise Identity, Credential and Access Management (E-ICAM) with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA).Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the ICAM solutions leader and technical consultant across all phases of ICAM application and systems design and software development.Guide and mentor large ICAM engineering teams, emphasizing full lifecycle support from planning and requirements analysis through design, engineering, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, and operations.Apply proven design and engineering principles and methodologies to develop and deliver complex enterprise ICAM services.Ensure ICAM solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant with applicable Federal Government information assurance, cybersecurity, and privacy policies and regulations.Apply knowledge of security and information assurance (IA) requirements to support specialized and secure information transfer between applications and systems.Support system architecture development and integration activities for enterprise identity, credentialing, and access management solutions.Collaborate with program management, cybersecurity, and systems engineering teams to align ICAM solutions with E-ICAM governance and Zero Trust initiatives.Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to integrated product teams (IPTs) and senior stakeholders.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related technical field from an accredited institution.Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience supporting ICAM or privileged access management solutions.Demonstrated experience leading ICAM solution design and implementation efforts within enterprise environments.Possess and maintain a current CompTIA Security+ CE (or higher) certification compliant with DoD 8140 baseline requirements.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.Active Secret security clearance required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of the job, the incumbent will be exposed to normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on a computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. This position requires the incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
