This role is about more than security – it's about leadership, communication, and making a real impact in people's lives.Cadets assist with the care, custody, and supervision of incarcerated individuals and support daily programs including work assignments, vocational training, education, recreation, and rehabilitation activities. You'll build valuable skills, explore whether a career in corrections is right for you, and get an inside look at opportunities across HCSO's five facilities.Work ScheduleThis is a per diem, non‑benefitted position with a 40‑hour work week.
