Uniformed Unarmed Associate
The Uniformed Unarmed Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors at our facility in El Paso, TX. This position involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The associate will serve as a visible deterrent to potential security threats while providing assistance and guidance to individuals on-site. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as the associate will interact with a diverse range of people daily. Essential Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors, answering questions and directing them as needed.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Texas Level 2 Guard Card required.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
Shift Availability: 2nd (1400-2200) 3rd (2200-0600) Weekend Shift: (0600-1800) (1800-0600)
