Greenberg Traurig has an opening in its New Jersey office for a Mid-Level Immigration Attorney.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in I‑9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L‑1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well‑developed organizational skills, and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience managing a large client base is a plus.We are looking for: Candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment alongside experienced immigration attorneys and professionals passionate about the practice of Immigration Law.Compensation and Benefits: Expected pay range $140,000‑$160,000 per year, adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
