SignatureFederal has an opportunity available for a Support Generalist specializing in travel and related documentation. The Support Generalist (aka Administrative Assistant, Staff Support, Executive Staff Support) will provide support expertise to customers in all areas of support including calendar and travel scheduling, editing and reviewing emails, etc. especially with regard to providing travel support for organizational personnel through processing of passports and visas, and responding to submitted queries on a wide range of services. The Support Generalist will use a broad skill set and discretion to fulfill a variety of specialized customer requests and/or resolve issues and will be responsible for all of some of the requirements below based on prior experience:
• Integrate activities of multiple disciplines to resolve customer issues.
• Prioritize and process high volumes of unique, sensitive material with discretion.
• Interpret or seek interpretation of policy and regulation on behalf of customers.
• Critically think through solutions for non-routine cases or customer issues.
• Process various forms and authorization memos in support of dynamic customer and stakeholder requirements • Deconflict information on documents and schedules.
• Manage travel details including passports and visas. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required combination of the following:
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and apply excellent organizational skills to taskings.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and make recommendations on processes.
• Ability to develop and provide subject matter expertise in assigned support discipline(s).
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise and transparent communications in both written and oral format.
• Effective customer service skills demonstrated by a readiness/willingness to offer assistance and instruction to customers on matters of the assigned work unit's specialized service.
• Ability to quickly pick up customer specific expertise of assigned work unit or support discipline.
• Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph for consideration. Must be able to maintain clearance. Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
• A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative or customer support experience, with an emphasis on travel/passport experience.
• Applicable higher education may be substituted for up to one (1) year of work experience.
Preferred:
• At least two (2) years of the four (4) year's total prior experience supporting the customer. Education:
