The Dispatcher will collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management to optimize fleet utilization and support safe, efficient transport.QualificationsExperience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation operations, preferably in FTL freight.Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and timely updates to drivers and clients.Proficiency with dispatch software, transportation management systems, and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, mapping/GPS applications).Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple loads, deadlines, and changing demands.Problem‑solving abilities to handle route changes, delays, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.Knowledge of basic transportation regulations, safety practices, and industry terminology is preferred.Ability to work on‑site in Sarajevo and collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.Previous experience in trucking or freight brokerage and fluency in English (spoken and written) are strong advantages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
