Primary Duties/Responsibilities
• Provide support to USSTRATCOM Joint Mission and Individual Training. • Support individual training through administration of the USSTRATCOM Training Program as outlined in SI 235-02, United States Strategic Command Individual and Senior Leader Training Programs, including: • Maintain standardized training plans and training program formats.
• Identify individual and collective task crosswalk; development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components; and administer the aforementioned items in JKO LMS. • Review Directorate and Component training plans, programs, and records.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of SLT within USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components. • Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide and PEOC watch stander training. • Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of Foreign Liaison Officer training assigned to USSTRATCOM Headquarters. • Assist with validation and tracking of the Commander's Battle Staff (CBS) Training program, including verification of assigned CBS members and their currency. • Provide support with the use of Instructional System Design (ISD) methodology (analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, teach, and evaluate) to design, develop, deliver, and maintain/keep current USSTRATCOM mission-related joint training products and courses using JKO LMS, as appropriate. This task shall also concentrate on the end-to-end training plan, development and execution. Experience
The SME shall have no less than 5 years of demonstrated experience in individual training support and working with ISD methodology. All experience shall be within the last 10 years.
