Location: Washington, DC (Union Station)Compensation: $19-21 hourlySchedule: 9am-7pm (Up to 50 hours per week; Days worked vary based on needs of operation)Dispatcher/Bus BackerBus Company Holdings US, LLC (dba Coach USA), a motorcoach transportation company, is looking for a full-time Dispatcher and Bus Backer for Union Station in Washington, DC. The incumbent will report to the General Manager. The Dispatcher/Bus Backer is responsible for ensuring on-time departures and arrivals, and maintaining effective communication between drivers, passengers, and station personnel. Also, assisting drivers with safely maneuvering motor coaches in tight spaces, particularly within station loading areas. This role is critical to delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services.
