We are a growing company and if you share these same values then you may be the "perfect fit" for our team.We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate field technicians, manage daily service schedules, and ensure timely and efficient dispatch of repair and Service jobs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency, availability, and skill level.Monitor and adjust daily schedules to accommodate emergency service requests or cancellations.Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and office staff to provide updates and ensure smooth workflow.Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician statuses, work orders, and customer interactions using Service Titan.Prioritize service requests and optimize technician routes for efficiency.Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, updates, and complaints in a professional manner.Assist with billing preparation and service documentation when needed.Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify operational improvements and scheduling solutions.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in related fields is a plus.Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a customer service role, preferably in the home services industry.Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dispatch and ServiceTitan.Ability to multi-task, think critically, and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.Work EnvironmentOffice-based role with regular use of phones and computers.Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and problem-solving.May require occasional overtime availability, depending on seasonal demand.Hourly Pay Rate$25/h - $28/hBenefitsWe offer a variety of benefits to all of our employees, which include:Three Kaiser Medical Plans to select from with a 100% Company Paid OptionDental & Vision InsuranceVoluntary Life Insurance & Accident Coverage optionsCompany Paid Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability & Basic LifeEmployee Assistance ProgramsRetirement Account with 3% Company MatchPaid Vacation & Paid Sick TimeMaternity & Paternity PayCompany Paid Gym Membership, Costco Membership & Chiropractic CareCompany Paid Uniforms ProvidedTool Account ProgramWeekly PayrollBlue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
