We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Directors and Partners to join our US, UK, Germany, Canada, India, Australia, and China Immigration Practices. These leadership roles are suited to a senior immigration professional with deep expertise, strong client relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with global clients, delivering tailored immigration solutions.
- Business Development: Drive growth through new opportunities, RFPs, and market insights.
- Strategic Advisory & Compliance: Advise on legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of global immigration and mobility programs.
- Policy & Program Development: Design and implement global mobility policies and governance frameworks.
- Innovation & Program Optimization: Introduce technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior stakeholders across legal, HR, tax, and corporate functions.
- Leadership & People Development: Lead and mentor high-performing teams.
- Government Relations & Advocacy: Liaise with immigration authorities and engage in advocacy efforts.
- Thought Leadership Monitor trends, draft client insights, and participate in conferences to raise the firm's profile.
