Responsibilities Consulting for managers and plant management on all questions concerning the safety‑related design of workplaces, work processes and the use of work equipment as well as hazardous substancesDesigning and planning of safety training based on the risk assessments and safety instructions as well as supporting the managers in their implementationSupporting managers in the preparation of risk assessmentsResponsible for the implementation and maintaining of a system to perform and monitor legal required health & safety trainingsSafety assessments of all plant equipment, (new) machines and systems within the production areaResponsible for monitoring legal compliance with health and safety legislation throughout the plant by planning and carrying out site inspections including documentationAnalysis of health and safety incidents including the necessary reporting to plant management and managers, as well as definition and monitoring of corrective actions and the lessons learned processInterface between plant and authorities to comply with legal requirements regarding health & safetyOther duties, as assignedElringKlinger is one of the world's leading automotive suppliers and technology groups.
