  • Administrative and Processing Analyst - Navy Support

Synchron has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative and Processing Analyst to provide direct support to the OPNAV N7 organization. This position plays a vital role in supporting a short term but critical role in N7's mission, supporting staff, submitting requests, and maintaining records. Theideal candidate is a highly organized, self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process administrative requests both internally and externally within the N7 organization
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative files and records as directed
  • Manage and update the office's internal trackers and databases daily
  • Provide additional front office support as needed.
  • Manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of one-year professional related experience
  • Active Secret clearance is required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Knowledge of the Department of the Navy and the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including project plans, white papers, proposals, and formal presentations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

NOTE: This position is temporary and is expected to held for 6 months.

Work location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Travel: Less than 5%, none expected
