This role demonstrates autonomy in managing and providing recommendations to improve established workflows, applies judgment in identifying exceptions, and escalates issues proactively. The Senior Consultant also facilitates onboarding and ongoing training for Immigration Consultant team members and supports program monitoring through reporting, quality control, and issue identification at an advanced level.
