County Administrator

Lincoln County offers a comprehensive benefits package including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance. Retirement benefits and a Post Employment Health Plan (PEHP) benefit are also available to Directors. The County's current retirement contribution rate to the 401K retirement plan is 11%, with $100 per month being contributed to the PEHP.

01 What have you learned about Lincoln County that makes you interested in this position, and why is now a good time in your career to consider this position? 02 To execute the County's goals, the County works closely with various local and regional governmental agencies. The County Administrator will play a leading role in assuring that these relationships are maintained and strengthened. What experience do you have with building and successfully maintaining such relationships. 03 While enhancing County services is a great priority for the County, the County Administrator must take into consideration the associated costs and maintain a balanced budget, while providing the best services possible. Please give a brief overview of your experience with developing and maintaining a balanced budget while working to provide the best services possible.
