Disqualifying conditions include any prior felony, Class A misdemeanor, or family violence conviction (including deferred adjudication); any Class B misdemeanor conviction or deferred adjudication within the preceding ten years; any pending or non‑adjudicated arrest for a criminal offense; prior discharge from any law‑enforcement agency for untruthfulness; or dishonorable military discharge.Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED.
