OverviewThe ITT Customer Services Director reports to the Director of the Airport Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) at the San Francisco International Airport and manages the entire ITT Customer Services group activities airport-wide.ResponsibilitiesManage a Help Desk that receives more than 1,200 calls a month and staff it 18 hours a day, 7 days a week.Oversee a client services group supporting Commission desktop workstations and laptops.Manage ongoing requirements of airport tenants in the International Terminal Complex.Own Remedy activity‑tracking and asset‑management applications and modify them to support airport sections and tenants' reporting and accounting needs.Direct the Projects and Planning group that manages large Commission and tenant projects and requirements.Supervise ITT personnel in planning, design, and implementation of IT projects, routine desktop responses, and airline operational systems such as MUSE.Ensure Help Desk personnel meet the ITT service level agreement (SLA) and deliver excellent service to Commission and tenants.Make decisions using a high degree of independent judgment and discretion.Evaluate new technology rollouts and develop innovative ways to utilize them.Develop policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to build effective cross‑divisional relationships, and proactively communicate new policies to airport management, staff, and other city departments.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsPossession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from an accredited college or university.Ten (10) years of verifiable professional senior‑level project management experience, including enterprise applications with related web application development and Oracle database environments.Possession of a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from an accredited college or university may substitute for up to two (2) years of the senior‑level project management experience.SalaryThe normal annual salary range is $114,582 – $146,224.BenefitsMedical and dental insurance.Retirement Plan.Deferred Compensation Plan.Social Security.Long‑term disability Plan.Life Insurance.Paid Management Training program.11 paid holidays per year.10 floating holidays.10 to 20 vacation days per year, depending on years of service.Up to 100 hours paid administrative leave per year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
