This position is open to CCA candidates that meet the requirements.Role DescriptionCome join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe.You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer access. The technology focus will be aligned with data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.Applicant must be available to support 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working either Day Shift (0545-1345), Swing Shift (1345-2145), or Mid Shift (2145-0545) to include weekends and holidays.Required SkillsAt least eight (3) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic supportWithin the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communicationsDemonstrated experience using Linux operating system, to include use of the command-lineFront-end collection systems, to include survey systemsDNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configurationBasic troubleshooting experienceAbility to follow basic SOPs and documentation accordinglyDesired SkillsBasic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)Familiarity with Apache NiFiFamiliarity with commercial SATCOM technologiesBasic knowledge of network protocols#J-18808-Ljbffr
