DescriptionStrategy and Business Development (S&BD) position for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) Army and Air Force Systems organization, with a focus on working with our US Army customer on ways to improve the Black Hawk, with rapid capability insertion and upgrades/modifications to UH-60M and UH-60L variants.What We're DoingThe work involves creating, maintaining, and expanding relationships with US Army, government labs, acquisition customers, and warfighters to gain a detailed understanding of their near-, mid-, and long-term capability gaps to inform capability and roadmap solutions. Support initiatives to define and demonstrate solutions for Black Hawk mission expansion and Joint All‑Domain Operations in company and customer exercises.Define and lead operational analysis efforts to identify and validate advanced system solutions to solve customer needs and fill capability gaps.Lead development/implementation of go‑to‑market strategies for next‑generation technologies.
