Target Analyst Reporter 2 – Saratoga, UtahFull‑Time, On‑site – RR Team / Analysis & ReportingOverviewAt Wyetech you'll be at the center of an award‑winning corporate culture, breaking technological barriers and solving real‑world problems for federal government customers.ResponsibilitiesPrepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analysing and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with Agency missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations.Prioritise, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open‑source).Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.Share target‑related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.Issue products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as counter‑measures and courses of action (if applicable).Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute Agency and the IC missions.Perform pre‑release quality control functions.Eligible for a US$5k bonus (includes 20% SEP IRA contribution).QualificationsTS/SCI with agency‑appropriate polygraph.High‑school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus 7 years, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years, or Master's degree plus 3 years, or Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages & Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) preferred; a degree in any field is acceptable.Relevant experience directly related to an Agency mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, including drafting/editing intelligence reports.United States citizenship required.Position‑appropriate security clearance required (e.g., Active TS/SCI with agency‑appropriate polygraph).Benefits & CompensationHourly pay range: US$57.97 – US$78.52 per hour (dependent on contract rates, education, experience, geolocation).Automatic 20% SEP IRA contribution of gross compensation, fully vested from day one.Generous PTO plan of up to 200 hours annually with flexible allocation.Employee participation in medical, HSA‑eligible medical, vision, dental, life & AD&D, short and long‑term disability, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness insurance, and optional identity‑theft & legal protection services.Employee referral bonus up to US$10,000.Mobility among Wyetech‑supported contracts; various contract and work locations (Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii, and OCONUS).Team‑building events such as monthly lunches, summer company picnic, and an annual holiday party.Two complimentary branded clothing orders annually.EEO StatementWyetech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
