Deputy Sheriff – Co-ResponseChaffee County seeks a Deputy Sheriff for the Co-Response Program. This position plays a vital role in connecting individuals in crisis with the help they need while keeping our community safe.In this role, you will partner with Co-Response Clinicians to respond to behavioral health, substance use, homelessness, and other crisis-related calls. The ideal candidate is a dedicated peace officer committed to serving the community with professionalism, compassion, and sound judgment.QualificationsMinimum age 21 years.High school diploma or GED equivalent.POST certified.Advanced training in investigations, evidence collection, and narcotics.CPR and First Aid certification.Employment DetailsFull-time, non-exempt, hourly position.
