Pay Rate: $23 / hour

Details

  • Full Time Schedules

  • Some weekends may be required

  • 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

  • Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

  • 24 hours per week (Tues, Thur, Fri) 730am-4pm

Duties

  • Under the general supervision of the Program Support Supervisor, the Medical Program Assistant Associate is responsible for providing program and patient scheduling assistance to the supervisory, professional and administrative staff of the Health Service Unit.

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient scheduling, maintenance of the medical records system, preparation and handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, release of information, patient file reviews, maintenance of computer databases and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited educational institution

  • Licensed as a MPAA by the State in WI. The license MUST be in good standing

  • 1 year of experience
