Well•Spring is hiring a Resident Safety Assistant to support the safety and security of our community while also assisting with resident transportation needs.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in security, law enforcement, or military , or someone who enjoys being hands‑on and making a difference.Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)Schedule: Thursday through Sunday (includes weekends)Pay Range: $17.02 – $18.05/hour (based on experience)Additional Pay: Shift and weekend premium availableWhat You'll DoPerform routine patrols of the community (both on foot and by vehicle)Provide a visible, professional presence to support resident safetyRespond to safety concerns, incidents, and emergency situationsAssist residents and visitors with needs (directions, packages, mobility support, etc.)Provide transportation for residents as neededMaintain accurate logs, reports, and vehicle recordsMonitor and report any unusual activity or hazardsHelp maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment(This role supports both safety/security functions and resident transportation needs.)What We're Looking ForMust be 25 years or olderValid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fieldStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to stay alert and make sound decisionsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Well•Spring?At Well•Spring, you're part of a team that truly cares.
