We are excited to offer the opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to join the Intervention Hub team. Within the Intervention Hub we have a number of service areas including Edge of Care, Placement Stability, Family Networks and Family Time Service, all support families at various points in their contact with Childrens Social Care.Within the Intervention Hub teams we use a whole family approach, utilising a solution focused methodology and evidence based interventions to support and empower them in developing and implementing sustainable, long term, solutions to their difficulties.
