Senior Consultant

The client are recruiting for a Senior Consultant who will support the critical functions for Open Source Intelligence in the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders
  • Track and set requirements
  • Conduct requirements verification and validation
  • Develop and use metrics for activities and processes
  • Support technical writing of requirements and deliverables
  • Support development of requirements specifications
  • Develop, implement and use requirements processes
  • Oversee requirement change control and change notification
  • Develop Use Cases with customer and user
  • Evaluate requirements risk
  • Provide training on requirements processes
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience writing software functional requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting directorate-level front office personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to research desired capabilities to ensure technical and functional requirements capture the complete user need
  • Demonstrated consulting experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #AvantusClearedJobs
  • The status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation. Candidates may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption
