Relativity SME CGS is seeking a Relativity Subject Matter Expert to join its eDiscovery team. The role involves resolving software‑specific issues, testing new releases, and configuring templates, views, scripts, and workflows used across multiple workspaces.Key duties include:Responsibilities Provide advanced‑level support and guidance to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists on Relativity usage.Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity, including complex searches, privilege screens, and data prioritization for litigation holds and DOE/OGC/OIG matters.Collaborate with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues such as access problems, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation.Work directly with Relativity staff as needed to resolve software‑specific issues.Lead testing of Relativity software releases and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows across division workspaces.Maintain proficiency in Relativity and its analytics tools by staying updated on software changes, integrations, and plugins.Advocate for new features by submitting ideas through the Relativity User Portal and promoting them within the eLaw community and to Relativity engineers.Conduct Relativity demos, trainings, and create user documentation for various workflows.Required Qualifications At least ten (10) years of litigation support experience, including preferably four (4) years of progressively advanced Relativity experience.Master's degree or J.D. required; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree plus an additional three (3) years of experience (for a total of 13 years of experience) may substitute for the Master's.Relativity RCA certification.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Preferred Qualifications Two (2) or more Relativity certifications, ideally including the RCA.Relativity Master certification.Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, helpful but not required.Current or active security clearance.Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision plans.Life Insurance.401(k) plan.Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Dependent Care, and Commuter).Paid Time Off and observance of State/Federal holidays.For more information, visit
