Security Officer Dispatch with Active Clearance

Allied Universal - Mc Lean Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and other communication systems to receive reports, document activity, and dispatch personnel to security-related incidents in a timely manner; Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, helping to support situational awareness across the location; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, while supporting control center and dispatch operations in a dynamic technology-focused environment
