Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels
