Security Officer - General Duty

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a busy retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with store personnel, visitors, and management; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, observe customer and associate activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts; Support loss prevention and crowd management efforts during peak business hours, special events, and/or high-traffic periods while documenting incidents according to site procedures
