Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following hospital and clinic access guidelines, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while assisting staff, patients, and guests with directions, access questions, and other security-related concerns; Support a professional healthcare location by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed and helping with traffic, access control, and incident response procedures; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site protocols
