Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures at the front desk within an educational location and supporting appropriate emergency response activities when needed; Monitor access to the location by greeting students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors, verifying credentials, and following visitor management procedures; Answer phones, direct inquiries, and maintain clear communication with campus personnel regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or service needs; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information according to site procedures; Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior by maintaining a visible front desk presence and following established post orders and security-related protocols
