Security Officer - Access Desk Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Monitor entry and exit points for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, permissions, and required documentation before granting access to the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, gates, and restricted areas, helping to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.; Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and/or contractor logs, report access issues or policy violations, and support security-related screening processes at this chemical and petrochemical location.
