Security Lobby Reception Guard - Corporate Building

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location; Monitor access to the lobby and/or reception area, verify visitor information, issue guest credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive presence and reporting; Answer phones, greet guests, direct foot traffic, and support daily front desk operations in a courteous and professional manner; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting building contacts or emergency services when appropriate; Complete logs, visitor records, and other required reports related to security-related activities, building access, and/or front desk communications
