Security Officer Patrol Route Driver

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor interactions, and help support a professional atmosphere at the location.; Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or noteworthy conditions, and relay important information during shift transitions and to onsite contacts.
