Security Officer Patrol Unit

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, and/or other assigned areas for security-related concerns, and report observations according to site procedures; Support Allied Universal and location personnel by documenting incidents, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders and healthcare-related policies
