Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with badge checks, direction, and reporting of security-related concerns.; Support daily operations by observing the location for policy violations, equipment issues, and/or suspicious behavior, then escalating concerns through the proper chain of communication.
