Security Officer Front Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, screening and visitor management practices, and other security-related policies for a healthcare location; Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or appointments, and help control access in line with site requirements; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate; Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to staff and Allied Universal leadership
