Security Officer Full Time Patrol Unit

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking lots, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, gates, and/or entry areas, verify credentials when required, and support the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site expectations; Document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance or policy concerns, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters
