Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities when needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and/or visitor activity in accordance with site policies and government location requirements; Document observations, incidents, and/or security-related concerns through detailed reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, staff, and/or public agency contacts
