Security Officer Transitional Shelter

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, hallways, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with authorized entry procedures and reporting unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or hazards observed during patrols; Support daily residential operations by communicating professionally with residents and visitors, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other assigned documentation
