Posting Security Officer - Commercial Premises

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, loading areas, and other assigned points to help control access, verify authorized entry, and report maintenance, life protection, and security-related issues.; Support daily property operations by assisting with visitor directions, handling routine questions, and completing logs and reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and policy violations
