Security Officer Patrol Guard

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related protocols; Monitor assigned areas for policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts for follow-up; Assist with access control, opening and closing activities, and customer assistance at the location while maintaining a professional presence and supporting security-related operations
