Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Coordinator

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or operational disruptions according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up; Monitor entry points, observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and assist with verifying credentials, visitor activity, and/or restricted area access based on post instructions; Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders regarding incidents, weather-related events, equipment concerns, and other situations that could impact daily operations
